- Dietetic products and first childhood products: authorization issued by the Italian Ministry of Health, Decree of March 20, 2000.
- ORGANIC PRODUCTS:
  The
company has received "certified quality" approval
from important Authorities, including for their production
of Organic items, and recognition for their quality control
from numerous and important European chains. In fact,
the company acquired certification for production from
organic cultivation in 1999 both for the production of
Crackers and for Wafers and Biscuits, and none of their
products contain genetically modified organisms. The focus
of the company is concentrated on the final consumer,
guaranteeing a top quality product and a full range of
oven baked products: shortbread, dry moulded biscuits,
crackers, savouries, wafers, pastries, and they are constantly
researching market requests for both new products and
flavours. Crich has various company slogans: "the
pick-up biscuit", "the biscuit that rings out
freshness" and "new Crich new taste", and
is continuing its growth on the basis of its extensive
experience as "Master Venetian Biscuit Makers".

1999, published in Official Gazette of the Italian Republic
– general series – no.121 issued on the 26th
May 1999, approving the list of authorized factories as
at the 31st January 1999 for the production and packaging

list is approved of authorized factories as at the 29th
February 2000 for the production and packaging of special
food products.

for organic farming according to the USDA National Organic
Program since January 12th 2004, with Code N° ITASS
US033 and has been accorded for a renewal of the certification
on January, 11th 2010.
The farm/firm has been inspected on December 2th 2009
by an ITASS inspector, to verify that, to the best of
our knowledge, the standards required by the USDA National
Organic Program for organic production and for processing
have been met.
