Production processes

Crich uses an excellent operating structure: continuous updated advanced production lines that blend with the traditional techniques, such as the crackers’ 24 hours leavening.


The manufacturing plant is divided into three sectors, physically separated for the production of crackers, wafers, shortbread and laminated biscuits. It occupies an area of 50,000 square meters and employs about 150 workers. 

The production lines are studied and designed to allow rigorous quality controls and to ensure high daily production capacity.
